MONOCOQUE BODY
 The monocoque structure is a structure in which the body
itself has rigidity as a frame, is resistant to twisting and bending,
and saves space. It is used in rockets and F1 machines that
require durability and space efficiency under extreme conditions. |
MAGSEALED
 It is a wall of mug oil that can exist semi-permanently due
to magnetism, and is DAIWA's only one technology that
prevents seawater and dust from entering the inside of the reel.
In 21CALDIA, the body part boasts a seamless monocoque
body structure and stopperless design, which makes
it highly waterproof, so it is installed in the pinion gear part.

are indispensable. 21CALDIA is a further evolution of DigiGear II,

Stopperless body
The body structure is
simply finished by removing
the stopper. By deciding
to remove the stopper,
which is the entry route
for water and foreign matter,
the weight is reduced and
the waterproof performance

LC-ABS (Longcast-ABS)
The flight distance has
been increased by about
5% and trouble-free has
been improved over the
conventional ABS II.
It is a next-generation
ABS spool that truly realizes
LC(= LONG CAST). |

Twist Buster II
Two-point support is
indispensable for the
line roller part where the
direction in which the
force is applied always
changes. By adopting
BB (ball bearing) for both
of them, lighter rotation
is realized. In addition,
it is equipped with
Twist Buster II, which
greatly reduces thread
twist when using nylon
fluoro. |
Machine cut handle /
High grip lightweight handle knob
A new shape handle that
is lightweight but does
not bend even when wound
up with a high load, a dented
design that makes it difficult
for fingers to come out
of the handle knob even
if force is applied unexpectedly,
and a high grip lightweight knob
with highnon-slip properties
by Lavalon, firmly handle knob
Hold. The inside of the knob
is a 2-ball bearing specification
that expels deflection and
achieves high hoisting efficiency. |
Perfect Line Stopper
A new shape line stopper
that supports both fine
threads such as PE and
thick threads such as
leaders. The horizontally
long settingstructure saves
space in the vertical
direction and contributes
to weight reduction
